About the role

Our client connects patients with Registered Dietitians for medical nutrition therapy. They are seeking a bilingual Appointment Setter to manage scheduling, onboarding, and front‑office support for virtual consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and manage patient appointments using medical scheduling software.
• Assist patients with onboarding to the telehealth video‑consultation platform.
• Verify patient information and support intake processes.
• Communicate with patients via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare administration, or similar environment.
• Fluent in English (bilingual preferred).
• Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Availability to work full‑time on the specified schedule.
