Bodeguero – Gestión de Almacén a Tiempo Completo

About the role

The Warehouse Operator (Bodeguero) will be responsible for the daily management of the warehouse, ensuring that goods are received, recorded, stored, and moved correctly. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Zone 9, Guatemala City.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, classify, and store incoming products.
• Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile them with system records.
• Prepare and pack orders for dispatch.
• Verify that all inbound and outbound movements match the warehouse management system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage environment.
• Follow safety regulations and collaborate with other departments to ensure stock availability.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, storage, or logistics environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory processes and stock control.
• Understanding of metrology, measurement units, and conversions.
• Ability to handle loads, organize storage spaces, and follow safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills for product registration (spreadsheets or WMS).
• Responsibility, attention to detail, teamwork, good communication, and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work full‑time onsite, Monday‑Friday.
