Booking & Reservations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Booking & Reservations Specialist to support our clients throughout the entire travel planning process. In this remote position you will research options, coordinate bookings, and ensure reservation details are accurate and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Research travel options based on client preferences and budgets.
• Assist with booking and reservation requests across accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services.
• Review availability, verify reservation information for accuracy, and provide confirmations.
• Handle modifications, special requests, and follow‑up when additional information is needed.
• Maintain accurate booking records and communicate professionally with clients and service providers.
