Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity (CCA)

About the role

The Business Development Manager (Cybersecurity) will lead the growth of a cybersecurity brand across the Caribbean Central America (CCA) region. You will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to shape market strategy, drive demand, and build strong vendor and channel relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert for the assigned cybersecurity brand, covering technology solutions and product portfolios.
• Develop and execute business plans, demand‑generation campaigns, training programs, and joint marketing initiatives.
• Identify new market opportunities, analyse regional trends, and design strategies to increase brand presence.
• Manage profitability through pricing, rebate programs, margin protection and financial planning.
• Collaborate with vendors, partners, sales teams and internal stakeholders to align and deliver growth initiatives.
• Provide performance analytics, KPIs, pipeline visibility and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical and commercial experience.
• Minimum 3 years in cybersecurity, networking, IT solutions or technical channel roles (BDM, pre‑sales, partner development).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with both technical and executive audiences.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment.
