Business Intelligence Analyst – Remote, Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, story‑driven Business Intelligence Analyst to partner with Sales and Marketing leadership. The role focuses on turning data into clear narratives, spotting risks and opportunities early, and guiding decisions that directly impact revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
• Analyze sales performance across segments such as Net New, Existing Business, Reseller, Product Line, and Region.
• Produce in‑depth reports on pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, win/loss trends, customer journeys, and product performance.
• Translate complex data findings into compelling stories for executive decision‑making.
• Identify at‑risk customers, retention patterns, upsell opportunities, and behavior shifts, providing actionable recommendations.
• Develop predictive insights and early‑warning indicators (e.g., churn risk, slowing sales cycles, emerging segment trends).
• Partner with Sales leadership to monitor performance against targets, forecast expectations, and highlight gaps.
• Support Marketing by analyzing campaign performance, website traffic, paid media ROI, and content effectiveness.
• Manage CRM data integrity, automate reporting processes, and oversee lead‑sourcing tools such as ZoomInfo.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a BI Manager, Senior Data Analyst, or similar role focused on sales and marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to create clear, data‑driven narratives.
• Experience partnering with sales and marketing teams to drive performance improvements.
• Ability to work proactively in a dynamic, remote environment.
