Business Learning Specialist (Training Transformation)

About the role

The Business Learning Specialist will design and deliver role‑based training programs for CoreLogic employees across all levels. Working within the Managed Learning Services team, you will enhance associates' skills and performance on CoreLogic platforms and processes through engaging, interactive sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate training using role‑playing, simulations, team exercises, videos, and lectures.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, monitor trainee progress, and adjust content as needed.
• Track and analyze course evaluations, identify trends, and refine materials.
• Provide feedback and support to ensure successful learning outcomes.
• Assist with analytics or learning coordination during low‑facilitation periods.
• Maintain stakeholder communication, present updates, and manage expectations.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of client or stakeholder management experience.
• English proficiency at C1 level (oral and written).
• Strong written communication for creating job aids and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Google Workspace tools (Drive, Calendar, Gmail).
• Reporting and analysis skills (flowcharts, attendance reports, scorecards).
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and motivation theory.
• Basic design and development of training materials.
