About the role

The Retail Trainer will design, deliver and evaluate training programs for store staff, supervisors and middle management. The role focuses on enhancing sales, customer service, product presentation, inventory handling and operational processes to improve business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and plan training programs for store personnel, supervisors and middle managers.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on sales techniques, customer service, product merchandising, inventory management and operational procedures.
• Assess participant performance and provide feedback on improvement areas.
• Keep training content up‑to‑date with the latest retail trends.
• Provide on‑floor coaching to reinforce practical skills.
• Measure training impact using performance indicators and customer satisfaction metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in retail, sales or store management.
• Previous experience in training or team development.
• Strong communication, leadership and presentation abilities.
• Ability to motivate participants and generate engagement.
