CCTV Monitoring Operator – Zona 12, Avenida Petapa

About the role

The company is looking for a CCTV Monitoring Operator to oversee security camera feeds in the Zona 12 area of Avenida Petapa. You will work as part of a dedicated team that protects people, facilities and operations by responding quickly to any alerts that arise.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor CCTV cameras and security systems to spot unusual or risky situations.
• Receive and review real‑time alarm signals, identify the type of alert (emergency, intrusion, fire, etc.) and assess what is happening.
• Handle communications related to alerts, providing or requesting necessary information.
• Follow established protocols to act swiftly for each type of emergency.
• Document and report detected incidents, maintaining a follow‑up record for each case.
• Offer guidance to clients who have questions about their security system.
• Maintain constant communication with the monitoring team to ensure an appropriate response.
• Learn and apply monitoring and emergency‑response procedures during the training period.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; the employer provides full training.
• Ability to stay attentive and react quickly under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written protocols.
