About the role

We are looking for a Junior Data Scientist to join our central office team. The role focuses on building, testing, and maintaining analytical models that support business decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt analytical models to meet business needs.
• Perform testing and validation to ensure model effectiveness.
• Design analytical tools, indicators, and solutions using internal information systems.
• Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance to guarantee efficacy.
• Generate reports that facilitate strategic decision‑making.
• Propose continuous improvements in processes, methodologies, and analytical tools.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand requirements and deliver data‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student or recent graduate in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Applied Mathematics or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Data Science, Business Intelligence, or business model implementation.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving orientation, and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Machine Learning (regression, classification, clustering, deep learning).
• Python programming.
• Version control with Git.
• Azure Machine Learning service.
• Power BI for data visualization.
• SQL and NoSQL database experience.
• A/B testing methodology.
