Civil Works Supervisor – Zona 15, Vista Hermosa

About the role

The company is looking for a Civil Works Supervisor to manage construction activities in the Zona 15 area of Vista Hermosa. You will coordinate field teams, ensure compliance with plans and specifications, and maintain safety standards on site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction tasks and monitor progress against schedules.
• Prepare clear and orderly reports on site activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and provide service‑oriented support to the project team.
• Ensure adherence to local construction regulations and safety protocols.
• Verify correct execution of civil items according to drawings and technical specifications.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or graduate in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Architecture.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on field experience.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and possession of a personal vehicle.
• Proactive attitude, organized reporting, and strong service mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Civil 3D (desired).
• Familiarity with Revit (desired).

What we offer

• Base salary of Q10,000 plus KPI bonus of Q4,000 (total Q14,000 per month, invoiced).
• Work schedule: 8 am–6 pm, Monday to Friday, half‑day on Saturday.
