Client Executive (Retail) – CCA

About the role

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Client Executive for its Caribbean Central America (CCA) organization to lead retail partner relationships and drive market share. You will act as a strategic liaison between corporate management and customers, shaping business plans, pricing models, and go‑to‑market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Create and own customer business plans, pricing structures, and comprehensive marketing initiatives for new and existing business.
• Set quarterly and annual sales targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular business reviews with business unit and supplier teams.
• Travel up to 75% of the time to provide executive‑level account coverage, develop partner relationships, and identify growth opportunities.
• Identify sales leads, develop operational plans, and advocate TD SYNNEX capabilities at the corporate level.
• Proactively address customer satisfaction issues, design corrective action plans, and coordinate with internal support groups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or account management experience.
• Experience managing small to mid‑size accounts with moderate complexity.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop business plans and pricing models.
