Coordinador Administrativo Logístico

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Administrative Coordinator to manage administrative and operational activities at our Puerto Quetzal facilities and surrounding areas. The role combines supervision of staff, coordination of logistics processes, and handling of financial and regulatory documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate administrative and logistical staff.
• Manage daily operational tasks, including shipment scheduling and inventory control.
• Prepare and review financial reports, payroll, and tax filings using SAP Business One.
• Ensure compliance with IGSS and SAT regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in Excel and generate periodic performance reports.
• Provide basic English communication with internal and external partners.
• Travel within Puerto Quetzal and nearby areas as required, using a valid M or C driver’s license.

Required profile

• Age 30 years or older.
• Minimum 2 years experience in administrative, logistics, or operational roles with staff supervision.
• Advanced university studies in Business Administration or a related field; accounting qualification (Perito Contador) preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of IGSS and SAT regulations.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
• Valid M or C driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP Business One.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel.
• Basic/Intermediate English.
