Coordinador BIM

About the role

The BIM Coordinator will lead the integration and planning of multidisciplinary BIM models, ensuring technical compatibility, proper construction sequencing and optimized execution times through digital tools and BIM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the integration of BIM models from architecture, civil engineering and construction disciplines.
• Ensure technical compatibility and correct construction sequencing.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts using Navisworks.
• Develop and manage 4D planning schedules.
• Apply ISO 19650 standards and create the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Model and update designs in Revit.
• Support construction processes and schedule management.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience with BIM.
• Knowledge of BIM methodology and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience with clash detection, 4D planning and ISO 19650.
• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and construction scheduling.
