Coordinador Contable y Financiero

About the role

Clean Master Guatemala is looking for an experienced accounting and finance professional to lead and strengthen its financial management. The role combines oversight of monthly closings, cash‑flow monitoring and team coordination in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly accounting closings and prepare accurate financial statements.
• Supervise reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable, tax filings and cash‑flow reporting.
• Strengthen internal accounting controls and improve existing processes.
• Lead the finance team, ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal policies.
• Provide reliable financial information to senior management and directors.
• Identify variances, analyze root causes and propose timely corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting and Auditing (graduated or near completion).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance functions.
• Proven experience coordinating processes and/or supervising staff.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
• Strong leadership, organization and a high sense of urgency.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and close pending items efficiently.
• Excellent judgment and professional communication skills.
