About the role

The Coordinator of Database and Commercial Projects will manage the national customer database and lead key initiatives that streamline sales cycles and order‑entry processes across all channels. This role ensures data integrity, drives continuous improvement of commercial indicators, and supports strategic decision‑making for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the country‑wide customer database in line with defined policies and procedures.
• Lead projects related to the Standard Sales Cycle, Order Entry, NOC, Clean Master, Project Danta and customer‑base centralisation.
• Define objectives, develop strategic plans and allocate resources for each project.
• Supervise execution of new and existing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Monitor key commercial indicators (NOC, sales cycle metrics) and the Mini‑warehouse budget.
• Prepare analytical reports to support senior decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in database administration, sales‑process projects or similar roles.
• Strong business vision, result‑orientation and ability to lead change.
• Excellent project management and collaborative follow‑up skills.

Required skills

• Advanced use of SAP.
• Proficiency with Horus, Telynet and Yalo platforms.
• Experience with Order Entry tools.
• Database administration and digital information analysis.
