Coordinador de Ejecución – Supervisión de Estructuras y Acabados

About the role

The Execution Coordinator will oversee metal and concrete structures as well as finishing works for a commercial development in Miraflores. The role ensures that the project meets safety, quality, budget, and schedule standards while coordinating field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise metal and concrete structural works and interior finishes.
• Verify compliance with occupational safety and health (SSO) standards.
• Control project budget and monitor progress against the schedule.
• Lead on‑site teams during day and night shifts, including weekends.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Minimum three years of experience in a construction or development company, preferably as Project Supervisor or Finishes Resident.
• Experience in commercial centre construction, budget control, and program monitoring.
• Proven ability to lead field teams and knowledge of metal structures and finishes.
• Availability to work both day and night shifts, including weekends.
