Coordinador de Proyecto – Torres Santa María

About the role

The company is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead the Torres Santa María development from pre‑construction through hand‑over. You will ensure that all activities are executed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the overall project from pre‑construction to delivery.
• Monitor the master schedule and ensure milestones are met.
• Manage permits, institutional procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate designers, engineers, surveyors, supervisors and other consultants.
• Oversee earthworks, soil nailing, metal structures, masonry, installations and finishes.
• Control administrative aspects, financial tracking and budgeting.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance throughout the project.

Required profile

• University student in the fourth year or graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience coordinating or supervising construction projects, especially multi‑family buildings.
• Proven ability to manage contractors, follow schedules, handle institutional procedures and administer projects.
• Desirable experience in earthworks, soil nailing, metal structures and real‑estate projects.
