About the role

J&T Express is seeking a motivated Logistics Network Coordinator to strengthen its last‑mile logistics network across Guatemala. The role involves overseeing supplier relationships, optimizing processes, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery within a fast‑growing global logistics company.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with last‑mile logistics providers.
• Manage contracts and monitor operational service performance.
• Control and continuously improve logistics processes.
• Coordinate activities between internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare performance reports and key indicators.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in last‑mile, messenger or parcel services.
• Proven experience in supplier management and negotiation.
• Experience with franchise network management (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and operational coordination abilities.
• Experience handling a supplier database.
• Professional degree in Logistics, International Trade or a related field.
• Intermediate English (preferred), own vehicle, and willingness to travel or reside outside major cities.
