About the role
Vitae Health Services is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of medical supplies and support patient care operations. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, preparing orders, and ensuring that kits and services are ready for delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Establish commercial relationships and coordinate activities with suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and verify patient-specific requirements.
- Create and customize service start templates for each patient.
- Verify and pre‑assemble medical kits according to specifications.
- Validate product codes and pricing in collaboration with the quoting team.
Required profile
- Academic background: Accounting technician, accounting secretary, or high‑school diploma.
- Experience in inventory management, preferably with medical supplies.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
