Customer Service Analyst - Voice

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Analyst specialized in voice communications to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of our voice systems. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to improve reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain active communication with customers to address and resolve service issues.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support voice communication systems.
• Create and maintain documentation on voice processes.
• Generate reports on system performance and incident trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements.

Required profile

• 85% spoken and written English proficiency.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service (BPO inbound calls/chats).
• Valid high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
