Customer Service Representative – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping customers, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional experience. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while interacting with customers via email, chat, and phone. You will be the front‑line ambassador of our brand, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support to customers through email, chat, phone, or other channels.
• Respond to inquiries, questions, and concerns with a positive attitude.
• Manage and update customer information and interactions within the CRM system.
• Follow up to ensure issues and requests are properly resolved.
• Identify customer needs, offer appropriate solutions, or escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established processes.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and improve the overall experience.
• Identify recurring concerns and suggest process improvements.
• Meet established customer service and performance KPIs.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Support, or a similar role.
• Previous experience working with CRM platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable learning and using various digital tools and platforms.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home‑office setup.
