Deal Maker – Real Estate Development

About the role

We are looking for a Deal Maker with strong execution, negotiation and follow‑up abilities to join our Acquisitions team. The role is pivotal in moving acquisition opportunities from agreement through to effective closing and registration, ensuring each stage of the process is completed on time and with precision.

Key responsibilities

• Formalize acquisition agreements that have been previously negotiated.
• Coordinate legal and technical due‑diligence processes.
• Monitor purchase contracts, deed signing and registration procedures.
• Control milestones, deadlines, documentation and payments until closing.
• Collaborate with owners, notaries, legal, finance and operations teams.
• Maintain relationships and trust with all parties throughout the process.
• Support and lead negotiations, including complex deals, when required.

Required profile

• Result‑oriented and focused on closing deals.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and discipline.
• Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow‑up.
• Organized and disciplined in managing processes.
• Experience handling legal and administrative documentation.
• Skilled at sustaining relationships during negotiation and formalisation.
• Sense of urgency and commitment to achieving objectives.
