About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Draftsperson/Estimator to support the design and cost estimation of vertical residential projects. The role combines detailed technical drawing with material quantification to ensure accurate budgeting and efficient construction.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Quantify materials and prepare cost estimates for high‑rise residential buildings.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to verify design feasibility and compliance.
• Maintain and organize project documentation and drawing libraries.
• Assist in preparing budgets, tender documents, and material specifications.

Required profile

• Student in the 8th semester of Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in drawing and material quantification for vertical housing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under project deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
• Understanding of construction budgets, civil works, and building materials.
