About the role

GFB is seeking a Business Executive to manage and grow an assigned portfolio of clients. The role focuses on generating profitable business opportunities while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the assigned client portfolio to achieve growth and retention targets.
• Meet placement and acquisition goals defined by the company’s strategy.
• Identify and prospect potential clients to create new business opportunities.
• Prepare complete credit applications, perform Sirc and pre‑credit checks, and submit them for internal analysis and committee review.
• Negotiate active and passive interest rates according to client needs.
• Analyze the portfolio to uncover opportunities for increased profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Marketing, Finance or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 2–3 years of experience in corporate banking or strategic business development.
• Previous experience in sales, business promotion or advisory roles is desirable.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 75% external work).
• No language requirement.
