About the role

The Sales Executive at OWWE INTERNATIONAL will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting new clients to closing commercial agreements. You will engage directly with potential customers, present tailored solutions, prepare quotations, and follow up after the sale to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective clients through various channels.
• Present product or service solutions that match client needs.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Track sales performance against clear revenue and growth targets.
• Report results and new opportunities to the commercial team.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and resolve any post‑sale issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other commercial roles, preferably in a face‑to‑face environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Organised work style, capable of handling multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude, enjoyment of direct customer interaction, and ability to work well in a team.
• Educational background in administration, marketing, commerce or related fields is a plus, as is B2B sales experience.

Required skills

• Basic digital tools proficiency (office suite, email).
• Experience using a CRM system.
