About the role

The company is looking for a Field Sales Executive to develop and maintain an assigned client portfolio in the Quiché department, generate orders, explore new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct periodic visits to assigned customers according to the established commercial route.
• Manage, create, and follow up on client orders.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with the assigned portfolio.
• Identify new sales opportunities and growth within the territory.
• Analyze client needs and propose new products.
• Promote the company’s product portfolio.
• Achieve the sales goals set for the assigned area.
• Prepare visit reports and keep client information up to date.
• Focus on increasing sales, expanding client coverage, and fostering client loyalty.

Required profile

• Residence in Quiché.
• Completed high school education.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license (mandatory).
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in fast‑moving consumer goods, hardware, commercial stores, or supermarket chains.
• Experience handling client portfolios, prospecting new customers, order follow‑up, meeting commercial objectives, and delivering excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication.
• Availability for 100% field work.
• Result‑oriented with strong commercial abilities and ease of building relationships.
