Ejecutivo(a) de Ventas – Soluciones Fitness

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities for our fitness equipment and solutions. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships with gyms, corporations, residential projects, distributors and other corporate clients across Guatemala.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B clients in the fitness sector.
• Conduct commercial visits in the capital and surrounding departments.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate fitness solutions.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
• Follow up on opportunities, negotiations, orders and payments.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and forecast.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in consultative B2B sales of durable equipment or projects.
• Proven track record in prospecting, follow‑up and closing sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Organised, autonomous and results‑oriented.
• Willingness to travel throughout Guatemala and conduct field visits.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
