About the role
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and customer service support to the elementary office, assisting parents, teachers, and students.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and customer service support to the elementary office.
- Assist parents, teachers, and students by phone, email, and in person.
- Translate and prepare communications for families and staff.
- Organize and maintain teachers’ documentation and evaluations.
- Track teacher absences and coordinate substitute coverage.
- Schedule meetings and support the Elementary Principal and Vice Principal.
- Assist with schedules, reports, grades, and other school administrative processes.
- Support the use of school systems such as RenWeb.
Required profile
- Advanced English proficiency.
- 3+ years of experience in administrative assistance or customer service.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in a school environment is desirable.
