About the role

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for executing and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the City Cores, ensuring facilities operate smoothly, preserving the property, and delivering a positive experience for clients and users.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, perform and follow up on preventive maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve corrective maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain the functionality and safety of building installations.
• Preserve the condition of the real‑estate assets.
• Coordinate with other service teams to guarantee a seamless user experience.

Required profile

• Basic education level or higher; technical training in industrial electricity is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in general building maintenance for malls, hotels, offices or similar properties.
• Experience with plumbing, masonry, general repairs, drywall and painting.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Strong attention to detail.
