About the role
The Restaurant Manager will ensure the smooth operational execution of the restaurant at the point of sale. This role involves leading the team, implementing efficient processes, and guaranteeing high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to guarantee correct execution of all restaurant activities.
- Manage and coordinate staff, ensuring proper scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Implement and continuously improve operational processes to increase efficiency.
- Lead service and customer‑care initiatives to maintain a high standard of guest experience.
- Monitor sales performance and drive profitability of the business unit.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing a restaurant or similar food‑service establishment.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team coordination and development.
- Result‑oriented mindset with responsibility for sales targets and profitability.
- Excellent organizational skills to implement and maintain operational processes.
