Encargado de Valet Parking en Centros Comerciales

About the role

We are looking for a Valet Parking Manager to provide a safe, agile and reliable valet service for visitors of the Oakland Place and Las Margaritas shopping centers. The role ensures a positive welcome experience by correctly receiving, safeguarding and delivering vehicles while adhering to the centre’s security and service protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors and receive their vehicles at the entrance.
• Park and retrieve vehicles promptly in designated areas.
• Maintain vehicle safety and follow all security procedures.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle movements.
• Manage rotating shift schedules and ensure coverage.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the valet area.
• Report any incidents or damages to management.

Required profile

• High‑school (diversified) graduate.
• Valid B‑type driver’s license issued at least five years ago.
• Availability for rotating shifts.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Minimum one year of experience in similar roles (vehicle driver, Uber driver, delivery driver).
• Proven customer‑service experience.
