Encargado de Valet Parking – Oakland Place

About the role

The Valet Parking Manager will ensure a safe, fast and reliable valet service for visitors of the Oakland Place and Las Margaritas malls. The role focuses on delivering a positive welcome experience by correctly receiving, safeguarding, and returning vehicles while following the mall's security and service protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily valet parking operations, including vehicle check‑in and check‑out.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security standards for all parked vehicles.
• Coordinate rotating shift schedules and maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and incident reports.

Required profile

• High‑school graduate (diversified level).
• Valid driver’s license issued at least five years ago.
• Availability for rotating shifts.
• Minimum one year of experience as a driver, rideshare (e.g., Uber) or delivery pilot.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
