Encargado(a) de Supply Chain – Proyectos Arquitectónicos

About the role

The company seeks a strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead the end‑to‑end procurement, import logistics and inventory processes for large‑scale architectural and industrial projects. The role demands strong analytical thinking, negotiation expertise and the ability to coordinate across engineering, production, projects and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the Master Supply Plan for concurrent high‑value projects.
• Lead national and international purchasing strategies and negotiate framework agreements with global suppliers.
• Manage import logistics, customs procedures, Incoterms and relationships with freight forwarders.
• Oversee inventory and warehouse operations using FIFO and ABC methodologies.
• Monitor and optimize the department budget and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Projects and Finance teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing and Imports within construction, metal‑working, aluminum, glass or façade sectors.
• Advanced English for technical and commercial negotiations.
• Preferred diploma or specialization in Supply Chain, Foreign Trade or Logistics.

Required skills

• Advanced ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Odoo or equivalents).
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, cost analysis).
• In‑depth knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures.

• Base salary Q15,000 per month plus legal benefits.
