About the role

The organization is seeking a Communication and Organizational Culture Specialist to design, execute, and strengthen internal communication strategies, corporate culture, and employee experience. The role will help create a work environment aligned with the company’s values, identity, and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create content for campaigns, newsletters, corporate announcements, and internal media.
• Manage communication channels such as intranet, digital screens, mass email, and internal social networks.
• Coordinate culture‑related activities, workplace climate initiatives, wellbeing programs, and employee engagement events.
• Lead corporate events and special campaigns (anniversaries, recognitions, themed days, etc.).
• Measure the impact and results of communication initiatives.
• Ensure consistent messaging aligned with the company’s identity.
• Support leaders in disseminating key messages within their teams.
• Develop employer branding strategies to enhance the employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in internal communication, organizational culture, or a similar area.
• Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, Illustrator, or equivalents).
• Availability to work in Zona 3 and Zona 16.
• Experience organizing internal events.
