About the role
The Specialist, Recruitment (Sourcing) will lead recruitment campaigns across multiple sourcing channels to meet hiring targets. You will help expand the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive experience for both applicants and employees.
Key responsibilities
- Develop tactical and strategic sourcing plans for specific channels to achieve hiring goals.
- Oversee execution of assigned sourcing channels to increase candidate pipeline.
- Maintain candidate experience, employee engagement, and healthy cost‑per‑hire metrics.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, preferably in a volume environment.
- Strong understanding of candidate search processes, including Boolean and passive searches.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques.
- Experience using job portals and candidate databases.
