Recruitment Specialist

About the role

As a Recruitment Specialist at Athena, you will drive end‑to‑end volume hiring for high‑impact CEOs, founders and executives. You will manage the full talent acquisition cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and gather detailed job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals and personal networks.
• Process candidate pools, administer assessments, conduct final interviews and prepare corporate profiles.
• Coordinate interview schedules, send invites, and ensure attendance of all parties.
• Deliver job offers, manage background checks, and support onboarding activities.
• Maintain and report on ATS data, provide regular status updates and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in end‑to‑end volume recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, Boolean search techniques and job portal utilization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
• Proven project‑management ability and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to design and administer candidate assessments.
