About the role

The university is seeking a specialist to support the technical and operational aspects of building and maintaining virtual courses on its institutional Learning Management System (LMS). The role involves ensuring that course content, activities, and resources are correctly configured and meet the university's quality, accessibility, and user‑experience standards.

Key responsibilities

• Upload, organize and structure course materials, documents, links and multimedia resources within the LMS.
• Configure learning activities, assignments, assessments and basic grading criteria.
• Set up modules, sections and navigation according to the predefined course design.
• Conduct basic testing to verify links, content, resources and navigation before publishing.
• Apply technical adjustments identified during review processes.
• Implement institutional guidelines for accessibility, usability and quality.
• Maintain up‑to‑date and well‑organized content on the platform.
• Document performed actions and report technical incidents for follow‑up.
• Provide support for other tasks related to the management and updating of virtual courses.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Multimedia Design or a related field.
• Between 6 months and 1 year of experience with educational platforms, digital content management, technical support or similar activities. Experience gained through internships or projects is acceptable.
