Finance Transformation Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Transformation Consultant to help organisations improve and modernise their finance operations through process optimisation, automation, digital transformation, and business consulting initiatives. In this role you will work closely with stakeholders to assess current operating models, identify improvement opportunities, and support the design and implementation of technology‑enabled transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyse business processes and identify automation and optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver transformation projects.
• Develop recommendations, business cases and operational improvement strategies.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements‑gathering sessions and client discussions.
• Contribute to business development activities, proposals and solution design.
• Leverage digital technologies and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Drive change management and adoption initiatives across organisations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in consulting, finance transformation, shared services, business process improvement or digital transformation.
• Knowledge of automation, process optimisation and finance operations.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma or similar are a plus.
