Front Line Manager – Finance & Accounting – Accounts Payable

About the role

Genpact is seeking a Front Line Manager to lead its Accounts Payable team in Guatemala. The role involves overseeing record‑to‑report activities, ensuring SLA compliance, and driving process improvements within a fast‑moving, AI‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a large Accounts Payable team and manage day‑to‑day activities such as invoicing, audit requests, and analysis.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements, KPI and CPI targets.
• Handle close timelines, communicate deadlines, and harmonize with Business Accounting and internal partners.
• Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and support metrics reporting.
• People management duties including hiring, learning path design, and mentorship.
• Participate in governance calls and own projects to drive outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Finance or related field; Master’s in Finance is a plus.
• Accounts Payable certification (F‑Tec) preferred.
• Experience leading large finance teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
