Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Level Full Stack Developer to design, develop and maintain web applications that support Atento’s digital transformation. The role focuses on backend development with .NET and SQL Server while also contributing to frontend solutions using modern frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain scalable software applications.
• Build backend services primarily using .NET/C# and SQL Server.
• Create and maintain APIs and system integrations.
• Contribute to frontend development with React, Angular, Node.js or PHP as required.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
• Optimize database queries, stored procedures and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with QA, infrastructure, business analysts and other developers.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, deployment and production support.
• Document technical solutions and continuously improve performance and scalability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work across multiple technologies.
