About the role
The Commercial Insurance Manager will drive business growth by identifying, prospecting, and consolidating new opportunities while maintaining a high‑level advisory service in risk management for existing clients.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new corporate, SME, and individual clients.
- Maintain and profit from the current client portfolio through relationship building and retention.
- Develop and sustain partnerships with insurance brokers and allied distribution channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from quotation to closing and renewal—ensuring smooth negotiations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar commercial insurance role.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policy types such as Auto, Health, Life, and Property.
- Proven ability to achieve results, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships.
Required skills

- Advanced negotiation techniques.
