About the role

The Warehouse Manager will strategically lead the end‑to‑end warehouse operation, ensuring efficient storage, distribution and inventory control while meeting service promises, controlling costs and fostering high‑performance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all warehouse activities, including receipt, storage, order preparation and dispatch.
• Plan operational resources, schedules and staff rotation to guarantee continuous service.
• Develop and lead teams, promoting a culture of leadership, high performance and continuous improvement.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through KPI monitoring and operational controls.
• Implement Lean initiatives to eliminate waste, boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Analyze, map and continuously improve logistics processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and service standards.
• Manage the department budget and drive cost‑saving initiatives without compromising service levels.
• Coordinate new technology roll‑outs and best‑practice adoption.
• Create action plans to resolve operational incidents and achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience leading high‑volume warehouse or distribution operations.
• Proven experience managing large teams, shift planning and talent development.
• Strong background in logistics processes, inventory control and WMS implementation.
• Advanced English proficiency (fully bilingual).
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
