About the role

The Clinic Manager will lead and coordinate all clinical and administrative activities to achieve sales targets and maintain high-quality patient care. Reporting to the Board, you will ensure operational efficiency, equipment maintenance, and compliance with biosafety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise clinical and administrative staff.
• Guarantee achievement of sales goals and clinical quality standards.
• Oversee agendas, billing, month‑end closures, and inventory control.
• Monitor commercial indicators and customer service performance.
• Manage administrative processes with HR, Accounting, and senior management.
• Ensure proper functioning of clinic facilities, equipment, and biosafety protocols.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Auditing, Hospitality & Tourism, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5‑8 years experience as a branch manager in dental clinics, restaurants, hotels, private hospitals, pharmacies or clinical laboratories.
• Leadership of at least 15 multidisciplinary team members.
• Proven experience in B2C customer service and sales, including objection handling and consultative selling.

• Base salary of Q 7,000 per month plus KPI bonuses of Q 3,000 and sales commission.
