Gerente General de Operaciones

About the role

The General Operations Manager will lead and coordinate all operational areas of the company, ensuring efficiency, order and results across physical stores, warehouse, e‑commerce and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all business units, including physical stores, warehouse, inventory and online sales.
• Supervise store managers, warehouse staff and customer‑service teams, ensuring compliance with schedules, processes and targets.
• Lead the opening and launch of new store locations.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, facilities, maintenance and other operational partners.
• Control inventory flows, product movements, replenishment and distribution across sales channels.
• Design, implement and continuously improve operational procedures.
• Coordinate teams to deliver an excellent customer experience both in‑store and digitally.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on performance, incidents, needs and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure that strategic decisions and projects defined by leadership are executed on time and within scope.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in coordination, supervisory or managerial roles within operations.
• Proven ability to supervise multiple teams and areas simultaneously.
• Experience in retail, e‑commerce, distribution, inventory management or commercial enterprises is preferred.
• Strong project‑organizing skills and capacity to handle several tasks at once.
