About the role
We are looking for a passionate hospitality leader to drive daily operations at Hotel Villa Boké. The Resident Manager will ensure the highest standards of service and quality while inspiring and developing operational teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day hotel operations, maintaining service excellence.
- Supervise and develop staff in reception, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Manage budgets, operational KPIs and cost control.
- Act as the primary liaison between hotel operations and General Management.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing hotel operations, preferably in boutique or luxury properties.
- Strong leadership, team‑management and attention‑to‑detail.
- Solid understanding of hotel performance indicators such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and operating costs.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Willingness to reside in Antigua Guatemala.
