About the role

As a Host & Cashier you will be the first point of contact for visitors in the showroom, delivering a warm and efficient experience that reflects the brand standards. You will manage customer interactions through the CRM system, coordinate vehicle demonstrations and deliveries, and handle all cash‑handling operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and visitors, ensuring a high‑quality showroom experience.
• Record and follow up on visits, test drives, deliveries, and other interactions in Salesforce.
• Schedule customer appointments, demo vehicles, and new/used vehicle deliveries, guaranteeing proper documentation.
• Collect customer feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and support process optimisation.
• Respond to inquiries from the Contact Center and coordinate requests with other departments.
• Maintain inventory of courtesy items, gifts, office supplies, and refreshments.
• Open, operate, pre‑close and close the cash desk daily in SAP, processing cash, checks, cards and payment links.
• Perform daily cash cuts, reconcile payments, invoices, receipts and POS transactions.
• Organise, digitise and archive cash documentation for audit readiness.
• Generate collection reports in SAP and ensure compliance with internal financial control procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, retail or showroom environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable handling cash and operating point‑of‑sale equipment.
• Good organisational skills for agenda and inventory management.
