HubSpot Expert / RevOps Specialist (Part‑Time, Remote)

About the role

Tempello.ai, an AI‑driven legal‑tech company, is looking for a HubSpot Expert / RevOps Specialist to make HubSpot the single source of truth for its sales and marketing pipelines. You will clean up data, build automation, and create dashboards that enable the remote sales team to scale revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and clean HubSpot properties, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and duplicate records to ensure data hygiene.
• Design and maintain lead routing, workflows, sequences, task queues, and email templates for SDR/AE teams.
• Build dashboards and reports covering funnel conversion, lead‑source attribution, CAC, rep activity, and partner performance.
• Integrate HubSpot with Stripe and the product database (Supabase/Postgres) to reflect real billing and usage.
• Support email nurture campaigns for product launches and conference follow‑ups.
• Document all configurations so the team can operate independently.

Required profile

• 4+ years hands‑on HubSpot administration (Sales Hub & Marketing Hub) including workflows, custom properties, pipelines, and reporting.
• Experience integrating HubSpot with external systems via native integrations, APIs or webhooks.
• Strong data‑hygiene instincts: deduplication, source attribution, and maintaining a single source of truth.
• Fully fluent written and spoken English.
• Availability for at least 3–4 hours overlap with U.S. Pacific Time (GMT‑10 to GMT‑06).
