Senior Meta Media Buyer – US Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Meta media buyer to own daily campaign execution for US lead‑generation projects. You will work remotely with our LATAM team, collaborating closely with copywriters, editors, and AI video production workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, and monitor Meta campaigns, ensuring creatives, links, tracking, targeting and budgets are correct before go‑live.
• Adjust daily delivery, spend and performance within agreed budget limits.
• Design and run creative and campaign tests using assets supplied by the team.
• Analyze lead‑quality, acquisition costs and revenue data alongside Meta reporting to make profitable decisions.
• Provide clear feedback to the creative team on hooks, angles, formats and new opportunities.

Required profile

• Managed at least US$250,000 per month in Meta ad spend within the last two years with full responsibility for setup, testing, allocation and optimisation.
• Can walk through past campaigns, budgets, acquisition costs, results and decision‑making processes.
• Understands how lead quality, cost and revenue affect profitability.
• Works carefully, spots problems early and follows through.
• Communicates fluently in English and can collaborate during agreed working hours with teams in Guatemala and Colombia.

Required skills

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising platform expertise.
• Campaign budgeting, testing and optimisation.
• Lead‑generation strategy for US markets.
• Conversion tracking and landing‑page testing.
• Familiarity with TikTok or NewsBreak advertising (preferred).
• Practical AI tools for video production and creative workflow.
