Industrial Catering Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Industrial Catering Supervisor to lead our food‑service operations in Guatemala. You will ensure that all catering activities meet the highest standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction while supporting our aviation and airport dining services.

Key responsibilities

• Complete and maintain quality records, including temperature logs and PPE monitoring.
• Implement and oversee the PEPS method, BMP standards and proper use of raw materials.
• Conduct inductions, trainings and audits related to quality and service standards.
• Coordinate menu planning, portion control, and hot‑cuisine preparation.
• Monitor staff uniform compliance and manage overtime control.
• Communicate accurate operational information to central offices and clients.
• Support the administrator with day‑to‑day operational tasks.

Required profile

• Experience in industrial or airport catering environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Capacity to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced setting.
