About the role

The company seeks a Level‑1 Technical Support Engineer to assist enterprise and institutional customers in the telecommunications sector. The role involves providing remote and on‑site assistance through phone, chat, email and field visits.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, network equipment failures and router configuration problems.
• Handle incidents related to links, services and related hardware.
• Perform on‑site visits to troubleshoot and repair network infrastructure.
• Provide support via telephone, chat, and email, ensuring timely resolution.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or graduate in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Systems, Networks or a related field.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software maintenance and basic camera systems.
• Possession of Cisco, Mikrotik or similar certifications is desirable.
• Experience in customer service with strong verbal and written communication.
• Own vehicle for field visits.
